As a personal coach, I help individuals and groups bring their bodies into alignment and increase their oxygen intake. This helps alleviate their anxiety, pain, tension, and stress. I do this through a series of breathing and movement exercises complemented by my book Leaning on Cedars. I also offer workshops and have done excursions with clients, both domestic and abroad, as close as West Point and as far as Turkey.
As an educational consultant, I draw on my success as a student and/or employee at Clark University, Princeton University, and Columbia University. I help you maximize your return on investment (ROI) and minimize your cost by teaching you how to get higher education to pay off. I offer this alongside whatever investment advice you may receive. My forthcoming book, A Matter of Life and Debt, provides the core of this strategic system.
As a writing consultant who has worked with clients in high school, higher education, and postgrad, I help you maximize your clarity and minimize your confusion. Academic and professional writing can be complex, so I use a visual outlining method to help you objectify your thinking and reduce your anxiety. The analytical framework of my book Human Maps for the Digital Age informs this process.
I hold interdisciplinary Master (Ed.M.) and Doctoral (Ed.D.) degrees in Education from Columbia University. My core studies, research, and consulting included education, philosophy, technology, and communication. I also have a B.A. in Psychology (Summa Cum Laude) and M.S. in Professional Communication from Clark University.
